If the blisters and chafing are healed....

....it must be time for a long run.

Not sure where I got the speed from because it was the fastest 6.5 miles I've ever run. The 6 miles was under 66 minutes which is great for me.

It also means I finished my February goal already -- maybe I need to make these goals a bit more difficult.

I'm still on track for 15 miles this week (remember my week starts on Monday).

The aforementioned plan for the day is out the window, but it's still been a pretty good Saturday.

Grr, I just discovered that the old Nike+ widgets are all angry and want to be reloaded. I will, but just this once.

Thank for the help, Kristie! And congrats on reaching your goals! You totally inspired me to get this Nike system, but it took me this long to figure out how to post the runs.
